How to Order
Packaging units, minimum order quantities, unit pricing, and discount terms.
Packaging Unit
Products are packaged in plain bags and sold in 25kg units.
Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity is 500kg. When stock is available, orders can be placed in 25kg units.
Lead Time
New orders require a 15-day lead time to allow for forming and firing. Large production runs require separate consultation.
Size Selection
Please choose a size between 1mm and 30mm to match your product's function and format. Note that sizes of 1mm-5mm and 25mm or larger run about 20% higher than the listed price.
Pricing and Discounts
Listed prices are quoted per ton. Orders of 10 tons or more qualify for a 10%~20% discount, with shipping terms open to discussion.
When the Customer Supplies Raw Material
If the customer supplies the raw material, please provide 130% of the required quantity to account for process loss and loss on ignition (LOI); the material must be at least 250mesh, averaging 325mesh.
When Pricing May Differ
Some items, such as activated carbon balls, are priced according to raw material ratio and firing method. Sizes of 1-5mm and 25mm or larger also run roughly 20% above the listed unit price. Let us know your intended use and required size and we'll prepare an accurate quote.

Quote Response
1-2 business days- We respond with unit pricing and an available production schedule.
- Samples can be sent in advance for review if needed.
Order Confirmation & Production
About 15 days- Once the order is confirmed, we begin mixing, forming, and firing.
- Progress updates can be provided upon request.
Inspection & Shipping
- Products are inspected in-house, then packaged and shipped, with shipment based on arrival at destination.
- Export orders are packed in export-grade boxes and on pallets.
